The Rotary Club of Ankeny provided a sponsorship for New Horizon Adult Day Center's annual golf outing. The following thank you letter has been received:
Dear Ankeny Rotary Friends:
Thank you so much for sponsoring our 9th Annual Golf Outing Fundraiser! Your Event Level Sponsorship of $1,000 is greatly appreciated. It was a hot day, but everyone golfing said they had a good time. Because of people like you who recognize the importance of taking care of those with differing abilities, we are excited to report that we were able to raise over $11,000 with this fundraiser. The funds raised will be used to purchase items necessary for our new home, such as a new air conditioner to replace one that did not work, and walking paths in our back yard. Thank you again for the generosity of the Rotary family to our family at New Horizon Adult Day Center.
