Jacquelyn Duke proposed Victoria Ogier to membership into the Evening Rotary Club of Ankeny. Her application was approved and she was inducted into the club on April 27th. Victoria owns a travel agency that specializes in family travel. She is a former Rotarian having joined the Decatur County, Iowa club in 2007 and later a club in Leavenworth, Kansas.
