The Evening Club assembled 25 literacy kits for Ankeny's Head Start program at their meeting on December 18th. Each kit included a children's book. The following thank you has been received:
"Rotary Club of Ankeny, Thank you for the wrapped book you gave the children that are in the Head Start programs in the Neveln Center. It is our hope that families read the book together over winter break. The children were so excited to receive the gift. Thank you for thinking of the Head Start programs!
