The fifth annual Rotary Club of Ankeny fall family picnic will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the shelter in Sunrise Park, 506 SE Peterson in Ankeny. A social hour will begin at 5:30 PM and we will plan to eat about 6:30. The meat, hamburgers and hot dogs, and paper plates, napkins, and plastic silverware will be provided by the club. Everyone should plan to bring their own beverage and a salad, side dish or dessert to share. There will be games for kids provided. The other service clubs in Ankeny and RYLA students and their families have also been invited to attend.
Both the noon and evening Rotary meetings are canceled for that day, August 14th, and all members are encouraged to attend the picnic and bring all family members, guests and prospective mew members.
