Ankeny Rotarians rang the bell for the Salvation Army at both HyVees in Ankeny on Saturday December 10th from 10 AM to 8 PM. At the Ankeny Blvd. HyVee, $929.04 was collected and $761.92 was collected at the Oralabor HyVee for a total of $1,690.96. In addition, the club had agreed to match the amount collected up to $1,000 making the total raised $2,690.96. Major Butch Frost attended the Club's noon meeting on December 20th to accept the Club's check and thank the Club for helping to ring the bell.
