The Rotary Club of Ankeny will be launching a new social opportunity for both noon and evening Rotarians. The social will be a "Happy Hour" to be held the second Tuesday of each month beginning May 11th. The intent of these socials are to have fun while encouraging members to bring friends, neighbors, clients, staff members, co-workers, etc. and each event would be a great opportunity to introduce prospective new members to the club. The current plan is for the event to be at a different location each month with more details to come soon.
The balcony at the Grumpy Goat has been reserved for May 11th from 5-7 PM for the first "Happy Hour". The Noon club meeting has been cancelled that day to encourage everyone to attend this fun social event.
