Gary and Colleen Welch recently returned from a trip to Italy to visit with Silvia Pellegrino and her family. Silvia was a Rotary Exchange Student to Ankeny in 2013-2014. While in Italy, they visited Silvia's home club of Ragusa Hybla Heraea on the island of Sicily and exchanged banners with them. Gary presented the banner he received from Ragusa to the noon club on July 17th and then presented it to the evening club on July 31st.
