The Rotary Club of Ankeny's Evening Group completed two service projects in November. On November 2nd, they packed 21 boxes for Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child. Members had signed up to bring items to fill the boxes which will be distributed to children in need. They also made Christmas cards to put in each box.
Then on November 16th they met at Freedom for Youth Ministries, in Des Moines. Six members were present and helped serve pizzas, drinks and deserts to approximately thirty young people and supervisors.
