The Rotary Club presented a check to the Mid Iowa Council Boy Scouts of America in the amount of $1,250 during their meeting on April 17th. This donation is in support of the annual Friends of Scouting campaign and will be used for new programs, recruiting materials, purchasing updated equipment, training qualified leaders, hiring qualified staff for Camp Mitigwa summer camp, and increasing the number of scholarships to Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts.
