In early January, we received word that our Assistant Governor and former member of the Rotary Club of Ankeny, Corinne Lambert had a stroke and was Hospitalized. After an extended stay in the hospital, she is now under Hospice care at Every Step located at 3000 Easton Boulevard, Suite 3, Des Moines, Iowa 50317. Corinne can not take a call but the general phone number is 515-333-5810.
She is able to receive visitors, two at a time. Shar Dunlap visited her recently and found her to be bedridden due to paralysis on her right side. Her mind is still sharp but she is not able to talk. She is not expected to ever be able to leave the care facility.
