Nate and Annette Burnham attended the Rotary Club of Cherokee, Iowa on Monday, February 24th. They had two reasons for attending this meeting. First they had been invited by their niece, Julie Hering Kent, to be the guest speakers to make their presentation on their trip with Blessman International to South Africa last fall.
Secondly, they had completed a donation to the Rotary Foundation to make Julie a Paul Harris Fellow. They used this opportunity to surprise her with the certificate and pin to name her a Paul Harris Fellow at her own club meeting. Julie's husband, Dennis, and her mother, Nancy, Nate's sister, were also in attendance.
