Craig Crist provided us with a report on the total harvest for the past year at AGAPE Garden. Production was down this year due to a potato beetle and less than desired rain, but the Garden still produces 7,000 pounds. This makes the total harvest for the past 13 years 185,104 pounds. From 2002, the first year of the Garden through 2009 the production was not documented.
Craig also has advised us that he is stepping down from Co-Leading the management of the Garden after 14 years. Thank you Craig for your hard work and dedication to the Garden. It is impossible to imagine how many hungry mouths have been fed from the Garden and your efforts.
