During the meetings on July 25th, a short video was played regarding District 6000's global project to support World Bicycle Relief and President Sally explained that World Bike Relief will match 1:1 all donations (up to a maximum of $250,000) for all donations received in July, 2017. Bikes are $147, including shipping. Thank you to the Ankeny Rotarians that have already purchased a bike. If anyone else would like to make a donation, you can still do it, but it must be done by the end of the day on Monday, July 31st to receive the match. If you do not wish to purchase a bike for $147, you can donate $25 for a wheel set, $50 for a tool kit, or any amount you wish including more than one bike.

Simply click on "Donate" and choose a contribution level, hit "Continue" and fill in the blanks. You will be asked to provide your name, address, and provide a credit card. Contributions made by individuals are tax deductible and you will receive a receipt. The second method to contribute, if you prefer, is to just send and email to Nate Burnham by Monday, July 31st, at nfburnham@gmail.com and confirm that you would like to purchase a bike or make a donation in another amount and he will make the contribution for you using the Rotary credit card. You will then need to give the club a check for the donation amount.
