DG Elect Mike Ruby Visits Ankeny

District Governor Elect Mike Ruby and his Rotary Partner, JoAnne visited both the noon and evening Rotary Clubs of Ankeny on March 21st.  Since Mike and JoAnne would be celebrating their 48 wedding anniversary on March 22nd, Colleen and Gary Welch surprised them with an anniversary cake.  All the members of the club were delighted to be able to share the cake with them.
