Collen Welch Receives Spouse Award At District Conference

Each year District 6000 recognizes the spouse of a Rotarian to be recognized for the contributions they have made to Rotary.  Colleen Welch was presented this award by District Governor Chris Knapp at the 2017 District Conference.
